Airlocks are a crucial part of protecting your cleanroom from contamination while maintaining the required ISO rating. By preserving pressure differentials between adjoining rooms, air locks prevent cross contamination when personnel, materials and samples are transferred between contiguous spaces. The pressure cascade created from the gowning room to the personnel air lock to the ISO-rated cleanroom acts as a safeguard against the accidental influx of particles, dust and microbial contaminants.
Stainless steel BioSafe® cleanrooms feature smooth interior surfaces for easy cleaning and chemical-resistant materials that stand up to harsh biocides; complex floor plans meet your workflow requirements.
Custom USP 800 Containment cleanroom with ISO 8 ante-room, dual ISO 5 compounding suites and HEPA-filtered outside corridor; white structure is exhaust plenum.
Static-dissipative PVC panels remove surface charges and the particles they attract, simplifying cleaning of cleanrooms; shown: ISO 5 modular room with separate gowning room.
Automatic sliding doors, available in single- or double-door designs, provide cleanroom-compliant operation for use in research, healthcare and educational labs (bi-parting double door model shown).
