Stainless steel door frames are held open by fixed guides to facilitate re-stocking. Doors include Santoprene® “e”-shape non-outgassing rubber gasket for a firm seal. The resilient rubber maintains its shape after compression and won't flatten, warp, crack, or degrade like ordinary foam gasket. The gasket is also mechanically attached to the door frame to avoid adhesive failure that is common with gasket tapes.
