  • Specified height is 7' from the floor to filter face.  FFUs add 13” (330 mm) overhead clearance to this measurement.  To assure proper air flow and installation, allow an additional 11” ( 279 mm ) between the top of the FFUs and the ceiling or other overhead obstruction (total of 24” ( 610 mm ) between the cleanroom filter face and the surrounding facility ceiling)
  • Materials: CPVC external mount hardwall panels mounted to interior wall board.  Powder-coated steel support frame, ceiling grid with mirror-finish stainless steel trim strips, and tempered glass window
  • Includes CPVC panels with adhesive, 3 HEPA filter/fan units (6601-24-H or 6601-24-H-220), two fluorescent illuminators (3800-80), 115VAC/60Hz duplex outlet (6704-33) Exterior wall board provided standard and finished, and painted to match facility as an installation option, Power Distribution Module (AS07183-NS), two swing doors P/N 6602-50, and FDA-approved silicone sealant for caulking internal seams
  • Internal polycarbonate swing door creates a separate gowning anteroom
  • No floor included; room should be installed on a flat, sealed, non-particulating,
  • Non-porous, crevice-free surface, which can be caulked to the clean room
  • Frame to form a seal
  • Air exhaust vents are adjustable to allow pressure balancing
